Pork Chops Milanese with Fennel Bacon and Apple Salad Recipe

  • Pork Chops Milanese with a Fennel, Bacon and Apple Salad
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose
  • flour
  • 2 cups panko
  • Four Bone-In Pork Chops, pounded thin to at most 1/2 inch thickness
  • Kosher salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon
  • extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for frying
  • For the Fennel, Bacon and Apple Salad:
  • 4 bacon slices (4
  • ounces), cut crosswise 1/4 inch thick
