Popeye Goes Bollywood. Spinach Indian Style Recipe

Ingredients

• Spinach and Gram Powder
• Here's What You Need:
• 2 bunches spinach or other greens (about 6 cups)
• 3 Tbs toasted gram flour (aka Garbanzo bean flour..it's gluten free)
• 1 Tbs coconut oil
• salt to taste
• 1 large shallot chopped
• 1 inch piece of ginger peeled and chopped
• 1/2 cup fresh chopped cilantro
• 3 or 4 green serrano chiles seeded and chopped
• 1 tsp urad dal
• 2 tsps brown mustard seed
• 1/4 tsp turmeric
• 1 tsp Asafoetida powder aka Hing
