  • Large handful baby spinach
  • small head of red leaf lettuce, chopped
  • In small bowl mix dressing:
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp. spicy brown mustard-prepared">mustard or dijon mustard-prepared">mustard
