  • 1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs or possibly 2 pounds chicken
  •     thighs skinned, all visible fat removed.
  • 2/3 c. pineapple juice(6 ounce.can)
  • 3 tsp vinegar
  • 3 tsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp grated gingerroot
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Spray a 3, 1/2 to 4 quart. crock with pam. Rinse chicken and pat dry with paper towels. Put in crock, add in rest of ingreds.. Cook on low 8-9 hrs.
