Pollo Loco Marinade Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 c. White vinegar
- 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. White wine, or possibly vermouth
- Â Â Garlic, to taste
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley Or possibly Cilantro, chop
- 2 x Chickens, halved
Directions
- Combine ingredients, marinate chicken at least one hour.
