Mini Meat Loaves, Creamy Mushroom Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

• 12oz (360gr) ground beef (mince)
• 1 egg
• 3 tbs bread crumbs
• 1 tbs mushroom soy sauce substitute regular soy sauce
• 2 tbs ketchup
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• 1 tsp dried marjoram
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 1/2 tsp smoky paprika
• Mushroom Sauce:
• 6oz (180gr) cremini mushrooms, chopped
• 3 shallots, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 cup (8oz, 240ml) beef stock
• 1/3 cup (3oz, 90gr) Greek yogurt
• 1 tbs cornstarch (maizena, corn flour) dissolved in 2 tbs water
