- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk
- ⅔ cup (160 grams) sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (100 grams) Whoppers candies, crushed
- For the Frosting:
- 2 cups (450 grams) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 3½ cups (400 grams) powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoons malted milk powder
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 10½ ounces white chocolate, finely chopped
- ⅔ cup (150 ml) heavy cream
