%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4%20cups%20mixed%20mushrooms%20(we%20used%20white,%20buttoned,%20and%20shittake)%20stemmed%20and%20halved%20(we%20quartered%20them)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EJuice%20of%201/2%20fresh%20lemon%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPre-heat%20oven%20to%20425F.%20We%20were%20unsure%20how%20small%20to%20cut%20the%20squash.%20A%20mistake...turned%20into%20cubes%20less%20then%201%22%20around.%20This%20led%20us%20to%20cut%20the%20mushrooms%20into%20quarters%20since%20they%20were%20really%20large.%20Perfect%20mistake!%20Mix%20all%20the%20pieces%20in%20a%20large%20bowl%20add%20the%20salt%20and%20olive%20oil%20and%20coat%20well.%20Place%20into%20baking%20sheet%20with%20sides.%20We%20used%20a%20glass%20plater%20with%20sides.%20Do%20NOT%20overlap%20in%20dish.%20No%20water%20is%20neccessary.%20Bake,%20uncovered%2025%20to%2035%20minutes%20(ours%20took%20about%2030%20and%20you%20need%20to%20keep%20an%20eye%20on%20it).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ERemove%20from%20oven%20and%20drizzle%20with%20lemon%20juice.%20(you%20know%20we%20completely%20forgot%20about%20that%20part...haha...I%20even%20made%20sure%20to%20buy%20lemons).%20Serve%20hot.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELet%20me%20tell%20you,%20the%20squash%20tasted%20like%20sweet%20potatos%20and%20critics%20said%20it%20was%20a%20favorite%20of%20the%20night.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20oven%20to%20350F.%20Line%202%20baking%20sheets%20with%20parchament%20paper%20and%20set%20aside.%20(If%20you%20don't%20have%20parchment%20paper%20in%20the%20budget%20you%20can%20use%20spray%20x-virgin%20olive%20oil).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20together%20flour,%20baking%20powder,%20salt%20in%20a%20bowl.%20Whisk%20together%20rice%20syrup,%20organe%20juice,%20oil,%20vanilla%20and%20organe%20zest%20until%20creamy%20and%20stir%20in%20dry%20ingredients.%20(Ya%20know,%20we%20thought%20the%20batter%20was%20just%20too%20floury%20and%20ended%20up%20adding%20just%20a%20few%20more%20drops%20of%20organe%20juice.%20Feel%20free%20to%20judge%20your%20own%20but%20you%20want%20it%20firm%20and%20very%20doughy.)%20Fold%20in%20nuts%20and%20chocolate%20chips.%20(now%20for%20those%20of%20you%20who%20don't%20know%20how%20to%20fold,%20like%20me,%20you%20just%20gently%20turn%20the%20batter%20inwards%20until%20everything%20mixes%20and%20down%20over%20disturb%20the%20batter).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDrop%20cookie%20dough%20by%20heaping%20teaspoonfuls%20about%202%20inches%20apart%20onto%20prepared%20baking%20sheets.%20Bake%2018%20to%2020%20minutes%20until%20cookies%20are%20golden%20and%20firm.%20Remove%20to%20cool.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20yummy!%20Take%20a%20look%20at%20the%20photo.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
