Lentil, Roasted Turnip and Chard Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • Bunch of baby turnips (I used about 7 or 8)
  • Splash of olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large onion, diced finely
  • 4 gloves garlic, minced
  • 5-6 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 t. cumin
  • 1/2 t. coriander
  • 1 ½ cup green lentils
  • Bunch of chard, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1-2+ teaspoons of hot sauce(I'm very liberal with my hot sauce)
