Ingredients

• 1 lb. hot sausage, removed from casing
• 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
• 1/2 cup onion, chopped
• 1 Rome apple, peeled and chopped
• 1-1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• Garlic powder, dried basil (to taste)
