Ingredients

  • How to Preserve Garlic~
  • 2 lbs Garlic, heads broken apart and cloves peeled
  • 4 cups Distilled Vinegar
  • large pot for boiling vinegar
  • 5- half pint jars and lids for storing the garlic
  • Boiling Water
  • Pour boiling water into 5- half pint jars, set aside until needed
  • Break apart heads of garlic and peel the cloves
  • Bring the vinegar to a boil in a large pot. Fill jars with clean garlic cloves
