Directions

  1. Cook pork, onion, garlic and gingerroot in warm oil till pork is brown. Continuing to stir, saute/fry asparagus till tender-crisp. Stir in pineapple till heated through.
  2. Combine soy sauce, water, honey and cornstarch. Pour into pineapple mix till sauce is clear and thickened. Serve immediately with warm fluffy rice. Makes 4 servings.
