Herman Double Chocolate Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Butter, room temperature
- 1 c. Sugar, white
- 1 c. Sugar, brown
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Cocoa, unsweetened
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Herman Sourdough Starter
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 3/4 c. Semisweet chocolate pcs
- 1/2 c. Nuts, minced
Directions
- In bowl of electric mixer, cream butter and sugars. Add in Large eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir dry ingredients together. Combine starter and vanilla; add in alternately with dry ingredients to sugar mix. Spread in greased 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2" pan. Sprinkle chocolate and nuts on top. Bake in preheated 350F oven 30 minutes.
