• 2 1/4 cups (10 1/8 ounces) unbleached all-purpose flour

• 12 tablespoons (6 ounces) unsalted butter, softened
• 1 cup (7 ounces) granulated sugar
• 1 large egg, at room temperature
• 1/2 cup Heath 'Bits 'O Brickle'
• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup (4 oz) milk chocolate chips for drizzling
• 3 Tbsp half and half
• Using a thin-bladed knife, cut the dough into slices between 1/8 and 1/4 inch thick
