Happy Monday! This past weekend was a relaxing one with no real major events aside from being domestic and enjoying the Easter holiday with family. It was a gorgeous weekend and spring has finally given us warmer temps and sunnier days to take advantage of. Friday, we didn't do much aside from having dinner out at a local Mexican place, followed by frozen custard for dessert and then getting home in time for another episode of Kitchen Nightmares. Yep... we really party it up when the weekend hits lol. We weren't too impressed with the 2 back to back episodes this week, but eh... it was always good to see Gordon Ramsey calling out restaurant owners on things that could be improved.

%20and%20a%20special%20t-shirt%20he%20could%20wear%20for%20his%20birthday.%20The%20Easter%20Bunny%20must%20be%20really%20smart%20since%20Joel's%20birthday%20is%20coming%20up%20and%20this%20year's%20birthday%20theme%20is%20one%20of%20his%20favorite%20shows,%20Bubble%20Guppies.%20The%20Baron%20even%20got%20his%20favorite%20Reese's%20peanut%20butter%20eggs%20and%20I%20got%20a%20lovely%20vase%20of%20colorful%20tulips...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELater%20in%20the%20day,%20we%20visited%20the%20Baron's%20family%20and%20it%20was%20time%20to%20search%20for%20the%20Easter%20eggs%20we%20decorated%20the%20night%20before.%20Joel%20did%20a%20great%20job%20finding%2021%20if%20the%2025%20eggs%20hidden%20all%20over%20the%20house%20and%20as%20a%20reward,%20he%20came%20across%20a%20creative%20basket%20left%20for%20him%20by%20the%20Easter%20Bunny.%20This%20basket%20was%20filled%20with%20some%20fun%20toys%20and%20more%20candy!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThen%20after%20the%20fun%20Easter%20Egg%20hunt%20and%20a%20sugar%20rush,%20it%20was%20time%20for%20a%20few%20rounds%20of%20golf%20with%20these%20fellow%20golfers...%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDinner%20was%20delicious%20as%20always.%20We%20feasted%20on%20a%20traditional%20Easter%20ham,%20scalloped%20potatoes,%20steamed%20asparagus,%20harvest%20salad,%20garlic%20&%20herb%20dinner%20rolls%20and%20for%20dessert,%20a%20fresh%20berry%20salad%20a%20la%20mode.%20I%20wish%20I%20got%20more%20pics%20of%20our%20dinner,%20but%20it%20was%20so%20good,%20we%20didn't%20want%20to%20wait%20to%20dig%20in!%20Here's%20a%20'selfie'%20of%20me%20and%20Joel%20as%20we're%20practicing%20how%20to%20take%20them%20together.%20Clearly,%20we%20need%20more%20practice%20lol!%20Here's%20hoping%20you%20had%20a%20wonderful%20weekend%20yourselves%20and%20a%20great%20week%20ahead!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
