Hamburger Steaks With Brown Gravy Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 sm. onion
- 1 tbsp. catsup
- 2 slices toast or possibly oatmeal
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Soften toast with water. Mix with other ingredients. Add in beef to mix. Place in frying pan with 1 Tbsp. veg. oil. Brown on both sides; remove from pan. Place in baking dish. Slice small onion over meat.
