  1. In medium saucepan bring 1 c. honey to boil; remove from heat. Blend in sesame butter or possibly sesame seed. Fold in dry lowfat milk and vanilla. Spread into 8-inch cake pan, large bread pan or possibly Tupperware sandwich boxes. Cut into small squares and regrigerate in pan or possibly boxes. If using grnd seed, butter pan first. Serve as nutritious snack or possibly dessert.
  2. NOTES :*Measure AFTER grinding in blender.
