  2. 1. COMBINE Grnd BEEF, SALT AND PEPPER; MIX Till BLENDED. SHAPE INTO STEAKS APPROXIMATELY 1 INCH THICK BY 4 INCHES WEIGHING 6 Ounce EACH.
  3. 2. PARTIALLY COOK 6 LB (100 SLICES) BACON (1 1/2 Min PER SIDE).
  4. WRAP ONE SLICE BACON AROUND EACH STEAK AND SECURE WITH TOOTHPICK.
  5. GRILL STEAKS 10 Min ON EACH SIDE Or possibly Till DONE.
