  • 1 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x Green onion, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh parmesan, grated

Directions

  1. 1. Brush top of flatbread proportionately with oil; sprinkle with green onion, parsley and top with parmesan cheese.
  2. 2. Place on oiled barbecue grill; grill with lid down over medium heat for 8-10 min till base is crisp and golden brown.* Watch carefully as the base can burn quickly
  3. 3. Cut into wedges and serve.
