Green power smoothie (to share with your dog!) Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 cup torn kale
• 1 cup bagged frozen spinach (fresh is fine, too)
• 1 frozen banana
• 1 tablespoon peanut butter
• 1 1/4 cups water
• 1-2 tablespoons honey (optional -- this is mostly for you, not the dogs)
