  • Kosher salt as needed
  • 3/4 lb green beans trimmed
  • 3/4 lb yellow wax beans trimmed
  • 1/4 c. unsalted butter - (1/2 stick) melted
  • 1 Tbsp. minced fresh tarragon Freshly grnd black pepper

Directions

  1. Bring a large saucepan of water to a boil. Add in a large healthy pinch of salt along with the beans. Cook till tender but hard, about 5 min. Drain. Combine the melted butter and tarragon and pour over the beans, tossing gently to mix. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. This recipe yields 6 servings.
