Ingredients

  • Makes 4 large biscuits. 272 calories per biscuit (Jam and orange marmalade calories not included)
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (I used brown sugar)
  • 1/4 cup Golden Girl Granola (I used Forest Maple)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup chilled butter cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup chilled milk (you may need less. I was left with 1 1/2 tablespoon)
  • Orange marmalade and or cherry jam (you can use your favorite flavor)
