Ingredients

  • Cheese ravioli for four (frzn or possibly fresh)
  • 2 x -3 cloves garlic
  • 3 x -4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 c. peas or possibly minced broccoli Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Boil ravioli till not quite al dente. While it's boiling, heat oil. Press garlic into oil and briefly saute/fry. Drain ravioli and add in to garlic and oil. Fry on medium heat, turning occasionally, till edges start to get crispy brown.
  2. Broccoli can be fried at the same time, or possibly microwaved separately till slightly crisp and added to ravioli toward the end. Peas should be added toward the end.
  3. Serve with grated Parmesan (and salt and pepper.)
