  • 1 x Ripe pineapple peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
  • 1 pkt Frzn raspberries - (10 ounce ea) thawed
  • 1 pkt Frzn sliced strawberries - (10 ounce ea) thawed Sugar to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. Orange juice or possibly orange liqueur Mint leaves for garnish

Directions

  1. Puree the thawed fruit, then pass them through a sieve to remove the raspberries seeds. Stir in sugar to taste if need be with orange juice or possibly liqueur.
  2. Set a clump of minced pineapple in the middle of each dessert plate; drizzle sauce around the pineapple and garnish with mint leaves.
  3. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
