Ingredients

  • 1 x (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
  • 1 x graham cracker crust
  • 1 x (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. cool lowfat milk
  • 1 x (4 serving size) package lemon flavor instant pudding and pie filling
  • 1 x (8 oz) container nondairy whipped topping

Directions

  1. Method:1. Spread half of the cherry pie filling on bottom of crust.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese with wire whisk till smooth.
  3. Gradually beat in lowfat milk till well blended. Add in pudding mix, and beat till smooth. Gently mix in half of the whipped topping. Spread cream cheese mix over cherry filling in crust.
  4. 3. Spread remaining whipped topping over the cream cheese mix.
  5. Spoon remaining cherry pie filling over whipped topping layer.
  6. Chill 3 hrs.
  7. Makes 1 pie
  8. This is a delicious light pie. You can subsitute blueberry pie filling, or possibly whatever fruit filling you like. It serves 8 and takes about 10 to 15 min to prepare.
