• 8 finely chopped dried apricots
• 1 small onion finely chopped

• 3 Tbs of chopped fresh cilantro
• 3Tbs of finely chopped fresh mint
• 1/4 tsp or to taste Kashmiri chili powder or a mixture of cayenne and paprkia.
• 1 tsp of ground cumin
• 1 tsp of ground coriander
• 1 tsp of salt or to taste
