Dulce de Leche Krispy Treats and Mexican Coffee Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 tomatillos*
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 4 t chili powder
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 T oil
• 1-can cream of chicken soup
• 1/2 cup salsa verde
• 1-can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained
• 1 jar (4 oz) diced pimientos, drained
• 1/2 c sour cream
• 12-6-inch corn tortillas
• 3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
• 1 can salsa de chiles verdes (green enchilada sauce)
• 2 cups shredded Mexican-style cheese
• 2 sliced green onions, cilantro and/or toppings of your choice
• Dulce de Leche Krispy Treats~
• 6 T butter
• 2-8 oz. packages vanilla and caramel marshmallows
• 1/3 cup Dulce de Leche (I used canned Nestle La Lechera)
• 1-16.5 oz box Cocoa Puffs or Cocoa Krispie Cereal
• 2-4 T dulce de leche for drizzle
• Mexican Coffee~
• 3/4 cup ground dark roast coffee, (regular or decaffeinated)
• 2 t ground cinnamon
• 6 cups water
• 1 cup milk
• 1/3 cup chocolate syrup
• 2 T light brown sugar
• 1 t vanilla extract
• Whipped Topping, garnish
• Ground Cinnamon, garnish
