Delightful 24 Carrot Gold Chili Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs. ground round, chuck or lean turkey
• 1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
• 2 carrots grated
• 3 cloves garlic, pressed or finely minced
• 1/4 c. chili powder
• 1 1/2 c. diced tomato
• 2 tbsp. brown sugar
• 2 tbsp. tomato paste
• 1 tbsp. fish sauce
• 1 tbsp. sambal oelek
• 1 15 oz. can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 15 oz. can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 15 oz. can vegetarian beans with juices
