  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 4 cups thinly sliced bok choy leaves and chopped stalks
  • 1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/3 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/3 cup unsalted dry-roasted peanuts
  • 1 3-ounce package ramen noodle soup mix (smash the noodles into small bits while in the package, then open and discard flavor packet)
