• 4 slices bread, crusts removed and cut into large squares
• Butter
• 4 hard boiled eggs
• For the White Sauce:
• 2 Tbsp butter
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp dry mustard
• Dash white Pepper
• 1 cup milk
• Chives
• Paprika - regular or smoked
