Cranberry Honey Vinaigrette Recipe

Ingredients
- 1/2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
- 2 tsp walnut oil
- 1/4 tsp freshly grnd pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small jar; cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Refrigeratethoroughly. Serve with salad greens.
