Zucchini Spice Cake with Pineapple Cream Cheese FrostingI first made this recipe several years ago for Thanksgiving (in place of the zucchini bread that my mom or I usually bake). My family enjoyed it and said that the pineapple cream cheese icing really set it off. |

Dump cakeI love this because you can get your fruit serving and cure your sweet tooth all in one slice. You can use cake recipe from scratch but homemade cakes don't seem to come out as moist as cake mixes. |
