Coney Island Hot Dog Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 2 tsp Chili pwdr
- 2 tsp Cumin
- 3 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Grnd red pepper
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 sm Onion, diced
- 2 c. Water
Directions
- Combine ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for at least 1/2 hour. Good served with additional minced onions.
