Clean Eating Pickled Refrigerator Cauliflower Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 1/2 – 1 small head of cauliflower, or as much as you like
- 1 cup white balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 – 1/2 yellow onion, chopped or sliced (however much will fit in the jar after the cauliflower)
- 4 whole, raw, peeled garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp. dried dill weed
- Salt and pepper to taste (optional)
