  2. 2. Add in CATSUP AND BEANS TO BEEF, ONION AND PEPPER Mix. STIR WELL.
  3. 3. SIMMER FOR 20 Min.
  4. NOTE: 1. 6 LB 11 Ounce DRY ONIONS A.P. WILL YIELD 6LB Minced ONIONS.
  5. NOTE: 2. 12 Ounce (4 C.) DEHYDRATED, Minced ONIONS MAY BE USED. SEE
  6. NOTE: 3. 3 LB 11 Ounce PEPPERS, SWEET A.P. WILL YIELD 3 LB Minced SWEET PEPPERS.
