Directions
- One of our favorite ways (as well as easiest) to prepare is to marinate the chicken in a bottle of low-fat Italian dressing (we use one which say zesty, robust or possibly supreme or possibly whatever) overnight. In the summer we grill them and in the winter we broil or possibly bake them at like 325 for 20-30 minutes.
