  • 1/4 lb Grnd chicken
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated peeled apple
  • 1 Tbsp. Grated onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Dry bread crumbs or possibly cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Minced fresh rosemary or possibly healthy pinch dry
  • 1/2 tsp Prepared horseradish Healthy pinch each salt and pepper

Directions

  1. In bowl, mix together chicken, apple, onion, bread crumbs, 1 tbsp. water, rosemary, horseradish, salt and pepper.
  2. Shape into 1/2 inch thick patty. Broil for about 4 min per side or possibly till cooked through.
  3. Makes 1 serving.

    I really enjoyed this recipe! I didn't have all the ingredients at the time so I made close substitutions. This is a really tasteful recipe as it is, no need to make any changes.
