Carrabba's(R) Bread Dipping Spice Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley (Italian parsley is best)
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh garlic
- 1 tsp dry thyme
- 1 tsp dry oregano
- 1 tsp grnd black pepper
- 1/2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt or possibly grnd sea salt
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 tsp fresh lemon juice
Directions
- 1. Combine all the ingredients, except oil and lemon juice in a small food processor*. Chop briefly till all ingredients are about the same size.
- 2. Stir in oil and lemon juice.
- 3. To serve, combine about 1 1/2 tsp. spice blend to 3 to 4 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil in a dipping dish**. Dip sliced bread in mix. Make mine crusty, French bread, please!
