Cabbage, ham and mushroom galette: a Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons olive oil (or use a little butter)
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
• 3-4 ounces cooked chopped ham
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 3 cups thinly sliced cabbage (I used Savoy)
• salt and pepper
• 1 1/2 tablespoons melted butter
• 1/2 cup light sour cream
• 2-3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
