  • 1 small onion, halved and sliced
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
  • 2 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
