  • 1 - cup salsa, mild or spicy
  • 1/2 - teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 - teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 - lime, juiced
  • 4 - flour or corn tortilla bowls
  • 1 - cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 - cup green or white onion, finely chopped
  • sour cream
  • tomatoes, chopped
  • shredded lettuce
  • Spanish Rice (I used leftover)
