Ingredients

  • 1 c. sweetened coconut
  • 2 c. water
  • 1 x small banana, sliced
  • 2 c. MINUTE Rice
  • 1 c. dry fruit, such as raisins, currants or possibly minced apricots

Directions

  1. IN SAUCEPAN over medium high heat cook coconut till golden.
  2. Add in water and banana. Bring water to a boil and stir in rice.
  3. REMOVE from the heat, stir in dry fruit; let stand 5 minutes.
  4. KRAFT Kitchens Tip: For added colour and flavour stir in a c. of frzn peas.
