• 6 tbs dried bread crumbs, divided
• 2 tbs grated Parmesan
• 2 eggs
• 1 tbs ketchup
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 3oz (90gr) feta, cut into 8 cubes
• The Sauce
• 3 green garlic, sliced, including green tops
• 1 tsp paprika
• 2 tsp olive oil
• 4 tbs ketchup
• 3 tbs balsamic wine vinegar
• 1 tbs molasses
• 1 tbs fresh chives, chopped
