  1. In response to Sarah Novotny's request, here are two oriental dressing which Schlesinger. I found the book at a bookstore which sells overstocks and used books. While I have not tried any of the recipes yet, they look very good.
  2. She follows Ornish-based recipes and includes fast, microwave recipes.
  3. Yield: 4 servings (1/4 c each)
  4. Prep time: 10 min plus 45 minutes. standing time
  5. This dressing features rice vinegar and low-sodium soy sauce infused w/ the flavors of ginger and garlic. It goes well w/ a salad of mixed greens and fruit. (author's comments)
  6. 1. Combine garlic, rice vinegar, gingerroot, and soy sauce.
  7. 2. Let stand for 45 min.
  8. 3. Strain dressing. Throw away garlic and ginger.
