• 1 cup all purpose flour

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1 tsp baking soda soda

• 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

• 1/8 tsp allspice

• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract

• 1 egg
• ~4 cups powdered sugar
• A few glugs (approx. 1/8 cup) of maple syrup
• ¼ tsp maple extract
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
