Ingredients
- 1-2lbs baby octopus
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp black peppercorns
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp capers
- chopped parsley
- For the olive sauce
