Ingredients

• In a heavy pan whisk together
• 1.) 2 1/2 cups of water
• 2.) 4 cups of sugar
• Bring the mixture to a boil and then simmer it for ten minutes
• Add
• 3.) 1/4 cup of lime juice
• 4.) 1/2 cup of rose water
• 1.) 2 cups of whole milk
• 3.) 1 tsp of sugar
• 3.) Add 1 tsp of basil seed on top of the noodles
