%20and%20what%20a%20bounty%20it%20was!%20(Note%20the%20use%20of%20the%20past%20tense,%20as%20my%20non%20GF%20teens%20scarfed%20up%20all%20of%20the%20Double%20Vanilla%20Muffins%20and%20had%20gotten%20into%20the%20Brownie%20Bites%20and%20most%20of%20a%20bag%20of%20Ancient%20Grains%20chips%20before%20Dan%20and%20I%20even%20got%20home%20from%20the%20bookstore).%20I%20got%20a%20photo%20in%20of%20the%20remains,%20which%20was%20still%20bountiful.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20actually%20preferred%20the%20Udi's%20Harvest%20CrunchMuffins,%20which%20have%20sweet%20potato,%20dried%20cranberries%20and%20pumpkin%20seeds%20tucked%20in.%20They%20are%20delicious%20toasted%20for%20a%20quick%20breakfast.%20I%20usually%20can't%20find%20such%20an%20Udi's%20selection%20at%20my%20local%20supermarkets.%20%20I%20typically%20can%20only%20find%20the%20sliced%20bread%20and%20chocolate%20muffin%20tops%20in%20the%20%22healthy%22%20freezer%20section,%20so%20this%20assortment%20of%20Udi%20delights%20was%20really%20appreciated.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBread%20is%20the%20gluten-free%20bakery%20item%20we%20buy%20the%20most%20and%20I%20made%20good%20use%20of%20several%20slices%20of%20Udi's%20bread%20the%20other%20night.%20I%20made%20a%20fantastic%20meat%20loaf%20with%20the%20secret,%20special%20seasonings%20being%20fresh%20sage%20and%20parsley%20from%20the%20garden%20and%20a%20smidgeon%20of%20ground%20nutmeg.%20Delicious!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20all%20ingredients%20together%20in%20a%20large%20bowl%20with%20your%20hands.%20That's%20the%20only%20way%20to%20get%20everything%20truly%20commingled.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPat%20into%20a%2013%20x%209%20glass%20baking%20dish%20(or%20a%20loaf%20pan%20if%20you%20like%20taller%20meat%20loaf,%20but%20it%20will%20take%20longer%20to%20cook).%20Bake%20at%20375%20degrees%20for%2045%20minutes.%20Let%20rest%2010%20minutes%20and%20then%20slice.%20Good%20hot%20or%20cold.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20served%20this%20with%20steamed%20basmati%20rice%20dressed%20with%20the%20juice%20of%20one%20lemon%20and%201%20tsp.%20finely%20chopped%20mint.%20An%20amazing%20dinner.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWe%20haven't%20yet%20tucked%20into%20the%20granola%20bars%20and%20granola,%20but%20I%20can%20report%20that%20the%20Salted%20Caramel%20Cashew%20Cookies%20are%20really,%20really%20good.%20They%20are%20soft,%20unlike%20many%20GF%20cookies%20out%20there%20in%20the%20market,%20and%20the%20combo%20of%20sweet%20and%20salty%20flavors%20is%20a%20real%20winner.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThanks%20Udi's!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENote:%20I%20received%20the%20above%20items%20from%20Udi's%20but%20was%20in%20no%20way%20obligated%20to%20post%20a%20review.%20As%20always,%20my%20thoughts%20and%20comments%20are%20completely%20my%20own.%20And%20I%20and%20my%20family%20thought%20this%20was%20a%20truly%20scrumptious%20package.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
