whole beef sirloin tip roast

HELP! I have the nuwave from about four years ago...the original and I have brought it out to use. I have an 11 lb whole beef sirloin tip roast that I would like to cook in it. I don't have my manual and don't know how long or what temp to go with. Any suggestions or even seasoning tips?

It's fresh, so it's completely thawed.

Thank you!

Re: whole beef sirloin tip roast

You can find good rub/seasoning recipes at numerous places on the internet now-a-days but I usually go for what tastes good to me and what I am going to use the meat for. What ever you put on here are some tips to get it cooked. For the perfect cooked to taste roast have a quick read digital thermometer ( about 16 to 20 bucks ) or better yet get one that you stick in the meat and leave in. About 150 degrees for medium rare. Cover the meat with foil until near done. For the last few minutes remove the cover and baste with an oil or browning sauce, I usually just spray mine with Pam, this will brown the meat nicely. Let it rest for 15 minutes or so then serve.
