Hey - I'm here and ready to dish some of my very favorite recipes from the Loosianne repetoire. I have been a devotee of the Cajun and Creole cuisines for decades, and have fed as many as 300 diners at a time with great recipes shared by my favorite chefs. So - Laissez les bons temps rouler!
