Hey - I'm here and ready to dish some of my very favorite recipes from the Loosianne repetoire. I have been a devotee of the Cajun and Creole cuisines for decades, and have fed as many as 300 diners at a time with great recipes shared by my favorite chefs. So - Laissez les bons temps rouler!

Amos-welcome to this group! I look forward to trying your recipes. I'm finally going to NOLA next month and hope to come back full of good new ideas... and memories of letting the good times roll!
